Says Oswalt, "A lot of Christian music today emphasizes that God saves and heals, but it's growing increasingly rare to find a popular CCM song that expresses faith in God even when He doesn't. The Bible is clear that God is always good and the definer of everything that is truly "good", and Scripture also makes clear that He works out every situation - even the most difficult and painful circumstances of life - for the ultimate long-term benefit of those who love Him, even if it's not what we expect or hope for.
